How Spanish CLEP exams are scored

How are Spanish CLEP exams scored?

It's pretty straightforward. This CLEP test is entirely done by multiple choice. So you will key in your answers to the computer as you proceed with the test and like any test without an essay, you will receive your score print out at the end.

However, what makes this test different is that the test includes different parts, listening and reading.

There are two listening sections and one reading section.

For example, in one section you will hear a conversation in Spanish. You will then hear four responses/
answer choices, A, B, C, and D. After those four answer choices are spoken, you will have to enter the correct answer. You will only hear the answer once.

You have 90 minutes to complete the test of 120 questions. Each school sets their own score, but the ACE recommended scores are 50 and 63. If you score between 50-62 you will receive six credit hours.

You can find this and all of our 58 CLEP and DANTES study guides on our site.
